Lost Property

Lost or found something? It's helpful if you can tell us the route you were travelling on, the time you were travelling and even the tram number. Lost property is held at our tram depots for three months.

Network infrastructure faults or vandalism

If you've spotted damage or vandalism to a stop, shelter or any other piece of tram network infrastructure contact Customer Feedback on 1800 800 007 (6am-midnight daily) and the issue will be reported to the relevant department of Yarra Trams.
