Service Delivery - Minimum service level for compensation is 95%. Percentage of kilometres covered by Yarra Trams for November 2007 is 98.77%.

Punctuality - Minimum service level for compensation is 80%. Percentage of tram services running on time (between 1 minute early and 6 minutes late according to the current timetable) for November 2007 is 79.76%.

Yarra Trams wishes to advise that as its guaranteed levels of punctuality have not been met for November, compensation (in the form of one daily Metcard) can be claimed by passengers holding monthly, six monthly or annual Metcards valid for November 2007.

Passengers with monthly, six monthly or annual Metcards valid for November 2007 are advised to call Yarra Trams Customer Feedback on 1800 800 166 between 6am and 10pm to request compensation application forms.  The form is also available for download from yarratrams.com.au by clicking on this link .
