Yarra Trams is pleased to announce our performance results for February 2008.

Service Delivery - Minimum service level for compensation is 95%. Percentage of kilometres covered by Yarra Trams for February is 99.11%.

Punctuality - Minimum service level for compensation is 80%. Percentage of tram services running on time (between 1 minute early and 6 minutes late according to the current timetable) for February is 81.17%.

Yarra Trams wishes to advise that because our guaranteed levels of service have been met, no compensation can be claimed for service delivery or punctuality for the month of February 2008.

Performance results are published each month on this website and through on-board posters inside our trams.
