Service Delivery - Minimum service level for compensation is 95%. Percentage of kilometres covered by Yarra Trams for March is 98.65%.

Punctuality - Minimum service level for compensation is 80%. Percentage of tram services running on time (between 1 minute early and 6 minutes late according to the current timetable) for March is 79.71%.

Yarra Trams wishes to advise that because its guaranteed levels of punctuality have not been met, compensation (in the form of one daily Metcard) can be claimed by passengers holding monthly, six monthly or annual Metcards valid for March 2008.

Passengers with monthly, six monthly or annual Metcards valid for March 2008 are advised to call Yarra Trams Customer Feedback on 1800 800 166 between 6am and 10pm to request compensation application forms.  The forms are also available for download from this link.

You will not require a postage stamp if you post the claim within Australia. Please enclose your expired monthly, six monthly or yearly ticket or a photocopy of both sides of the ticket if you are still using it.
