Yarra Trams is pleased to announce our performance results for January 2009.

Service Delivery - Minimum service level for compensation is 95%.  Percentage of kilometres covered by Yarra Trams for January is 98.73%.

Punctuality - Minimum service level for compensation is 80%.  Percentage of tram services running on time (between 1 minute early and 6 minutes late according to the current timetable) for January is 82.35%.

Yarra Trams wishes to advise that our guaranteed levels of service have been met, so no compensation can be claimed for service delivery or punctuality for the month of January 2009.
