Our Vision

It is Yarra Trams’ vision to have a strong and positive impact on the lifestyle of Melburnians by revitalising the tram network and reducing the heavy reliance on car travel in our city. We will actively work to convince policy makers of our commitment to significantly improve our service delivery and create a more appealing alternative to car travel. We are proud to be an integral part of the fabric of Melbourne and we will work to ensure that it remains one of the world’s most liveable cities.

Over the term of our contract with the Victorian Government, Yarra Trams will improve our tram service and performance levels and we will do our utmost to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction. We intend to not only meet our customers’ expectations but to exceed them. This Charter sets out exactly what you can expect from us as your tram service provider.
