Publication of Performance Statistics
No later than 10 days after the end of each month, Yarra Trams posts its performance results for both service delivery and punctuality on posters in trams and on our website at yarratrams.com.au

This information is available upon request through Customer Feedback on 1800 800 166.

Passengers are encouraged to review Track Record, the quarterly publication by the State Government,
which provides information about each public transport operator’s performance over the prior quarterly period.

Track Record can be obtained free of charge by visiting the Department of Infrastructure’s website at www.doi.vic.gov.au/transport

Yarra Trams actively works with the Victorian Government to maximise the efficiency of tram service delivery across Melbourne. Timetables cannot be altered by Yarra Trams except through prior approval by the Government.
