New timetable for Route 96
Yarra Trams is boosting evening and weekend tram services on Route 96 (East Brunswick-St Kilda Beach) from Sunday 29 July 2007.
The new timetable includes an extra 28 off-peak trams each week.
The 15 minute evening service on Route 96 will operate for an extra hour from Monday to Thursday and Saturday.
On Friday nights, this improved frequency will operate on Route 96 for over an hour.
The new timetable is more accurately scheduled and better tailored to passenger needs.
On Sundays, Route 96 will have nine extra services to St Kilda Beach and another six to East Brunswick.
The peak Sunday frequency on Route 96 will be 10 minutes between 11am and 4pm (replacing the current 12 minute frequency.)
