A passenger on my tram is behaving inappropriately. What should I do?

Please tell the driver immediately. The driver will then contact the Fleet Operations Centre (FOC) and a decision will be made about how to deal with the situation. This may require holding or stopping the tram. If necessary FOC can request Victoria Police to attend and take appropriate action. Alternatively passengers can phone 000 and report the location, tram number and route number. Security devices are fitted on board all of our trams. All conversations between drivers and FOC are recorded. Closed circuit television cameras are fitted to many trams and passengers are advised that they may be monitored.
