Florence is responsible for consultation and communication with key stakeholders including local and State Government, as well as the development and implementation of initiatives to increase tram advocacy and community support.

In her 10 years as a City Councillor in Bordeaux, France, Florence played an active role in the renaissance of the city through urban renewal.

During this time, Florence also held the position of Head of International Marketing and Communications for the Bordeaux Wine Bureau. Florence joined Yarra Trams in January 2006.

Florence has a Master’s Degree in Social and Political Sciences from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques.
