tramTRACKER is easy to use.  You can call from any phone, anywhere.  It works from either your landline or your mobile.

How to use tramTRACKER
First you need to know your Tracker Stop ID.

We’ve given every tram stop on all routes its own Tracker Stop ID.  This four digit number is clearly displayed at your tram stop.

You can also find your Tracker Stop ID using our Tracker Stop ID Finder.   Alternatively, pick up a tramTRACKER brochure onboard your tram or call Metlink on 131 638.

By voice
You can use either your landline phone or your mobile.  Call 1300 MY TRAM (that’s 1300 69 8726) then follow the prompts.  The voice of tramTRACKER will deliver your real-time tram arrival information for the next three trams at your stop.

By SMS
For the next three trams at your stop, SMS your Tracker Stop ID to 199YARRA.

If these options are too hard to remember, you can SMS a question mark (?) to 199YARRA and you’ll receive a text message with the above options.

Online

tramTRACKER is available on all pages of this website.  Simply follow the prompts to find out when the next three trams will arrive at your stop.
