Extra tram services in the CBD this Boxing Day will cater for both lovers of cricket and bargain hunting.
From 8.30am to 3pm on December 26 extra services will run on Bourke Street and Collins Street to give shoppers extra chances to head into town and grab a bargain.
Route 31 Collins Street extras will operate between Stop 12 St Vincent's Plaza and Stop D17 Merchant Street and Collins Street.
Route 95 Bourke Street shuttle trams will run between Stop 12 Melbourne Museum & Nicholson Street to Stop 1 Spencer & La Trobe Street.
Additionally Yarra Trams will provide extra services along Flinders Street to the MCG for the first day of the Boxing Day Test. Extra services to the MCG will be provided for every day of the match.
