Thanks for meeting our managers

Thanks to the passengers who visited the St Kilda Station/Metropol stop on the morning of Thursday 17 November to meet our managers.

Staff from departments including Safety, Customer Service and Network Development & Performance spent two hours at the busy stop taking suggestions and feedback from tram users about tram services in St Kilda and on the network in general. As a thanks for providing their comments each passenger was offered a free coffee from the cafe conveniently located on the St Kilda Station stop.

Route 96 is one of the busiest lines on the network and the views of passengers using it, and other local services such as 3a, 16, 78/79 and 112, are important to us. All feedback provided during the session has been logged and will be provided to the relevant department for their attention.

Meet The Managers sessions have previously been held at St Vincent's Plaza, Melbourne University, Victoria Market and Box Hill. The date and location of the next Meet The Managers will be posted on when it is available.
