Enthusiastic commuters took time out to share valuable feedback and enjoy a complimentary coffee and muffin from on-the-stop coffee shop "Coco Mambo" at Box Hill Terminus on Thursday, 28 July.
Executive Leadership Team members from Yarra Trams were at the stop between 8.30am and 10.00am to greet passengers and take in their thoughts and ideas as they arrived and departed at the busy Box Hill Terminus.
The star attraction of the event was the Yarra Trams trial accessibility tram! The tram showcases a range of new features to improve accesibility for our passengers with specific needs.
The bright orange priority seats proved a big hit and the new floor decals went down a treat!
People were full of praise for the trial features saying that the features will really make a difference.
Yarra Trams is now reviewing the valuable feedback received and will keep you updated on progress of our TRAMSformation.
Details on the next "Meet the Managers" will be posted on yarratrams.com.au closer to the event.
