UPDATE - Your chance to win two tickets to the sold out Mass Jam event.
Tram Sessions are the group who surprise travellers with live performances by local and overseas acts.
International artists like Frankie & The Heartstrings, Ben Kweller, Amanda Palmer have appeared on Melbourne trams, as well as almost 50 local acts.
Now, to celebrate their 50th session they've announce a 'Mass Jam' and a crowd funding campaign.
Tram Sessions: Mass Jam will feature three bands on one tram, travelling through the city to celebrate Melbourne Music Week.
In order for them to support more great local musicians in the future they're fundraising to keep their project going. Your support will go towards the promotion of Melbourne's amazing live music scene and to making more ways for fans to get involved with the artists.
It will also help develop more online ways to discover new music, and most importantly it will enable them to keep surprising you with great bands and great music.
For more information visit tramsessions.com. You can also find out more on Facebook or follow them on Twitter.
Tram Sessions are always interested in hearing which tram routes you want to see performances on, and which artists - either Australian or international - that you're interested in seeing performing. Here's a list of past Tram Sessions. Footage of all sessions is available on the Tram Sessions YouTube page.
