In response to media enquiries regarding a video of a tram driver posted on YouTube, Yarra Trams has issued the following statement: Safety is the number one priority of Yarra Trams in operating Melbourne's tram network. Tram drivers are well aware of the rules relating to safety and we investigate all incidents that come to our attention. Yarra Trams has launched an immediate investigation and will interview the tram driver. This case will be dealt with in accordance with our disciplinary process.
