Tram travellers enjoyed another chance to provide direct feedback to Yarra Trams at our Victoria Harbour Meet The Managers session on Tuesday 24 July.
Managers from across the business were available for two hours to take suggestions and feedback on the performance of our network, as well as answering common questions and providing updates on projects such as the introduction of new low floor E Class trams.
Victoria's Public Transport Ombudsman was also on hand to meet passengers.
Approximately 300 free coffees were handed out to passengers to say thanks for giving us their good ideas for improving the network.
Details for the eighth Meet The Managers will be posted on yarratrams.com.au closer to the date.
If you couldn't make the Meet The Managers event you can provide feedback online or by calling 1800 800 007 (6am to midnight daily)
