October 2016 performance results

Yarra Trams delivered 98.73 per cent of services in October with 83.35 per cent of services arriving on time. Our punctuality result was an improvement of nearly 2 per cent compared to October last year.

During the month services were affected by rallies in the CBD, third party incidents and traffic from the Tullamarine freeway widening works and Spring Racing Carnival, as well as adverse weather conditions.

Tram improvement works on Line 86 were successfully completed in October, in preparation for the introduction of E-Class trams later this month.
