AFL Grand Final Parade - Friday 28 September

Due to the AFL Grand Final Parade on Friday 28 September 2012, tram service changes will apply.

Swanston Street - 10:30am to 1:20pm

Route 1 (from South Melbourne Beach), 3, 5, 6, 8 (from Toorak), 16, 64, 67 and 72 trams will terminate in St Kilda Road at Stop 14 Arts Precinct.

Route 1 (from East Coburg) and Route 8 (from Moreland) trams will terminate in Swanston Street at Stop 8 Melbourne Central Station.

Flinders Street - 11:20am to 1:05pm

Route 70 (from Wattle Park) and 75 (from Vermont South) trams will terminate in Flinders Street at Stop 6 Russell Street. A shuttle tram will operate between Stop 4 Elizabeth & Flinders Streets and Waterfront City Docklands.

Collins Street - 9:30am to 2:15pm

Route 109 and 112 trams will divert via La Trobe Street. A shuttle tram service will operate along Collins Street between Stop 5 Elizabeth & Collins Streets and Victoria Harbour Docklands.

Route 48 trams will divert via Flinders Street and terminate at Spencer Street from 9:30am to 2:15pm.

Between 11:20am and 1:05pm, Route 48 trams will terminate at Stop 6 Russell & Flinders Streets.

City Circle - 10:30am to 2:15pm

City Circle trams will operate a limited route between Stop 4 Elizabeth & Flinders Streets and Waterfront City Docklands.

Due to these changes, tram services will operate to their normal frequency, however they may not arrive at the scheduled time. Yarra Trams suggests you allow extra time for your journey.
